Here you can look forward to California-inspired bites including everything from pizza and pasta to fresh salads and sandwiches during your next visit to Disney Springs! You can enjoy any of these meals inside the eatery or on one of the spot’s three expansive patios.
And tucked inside Summer House on the Lake you’ll find The Cookie Bar! The Cookie Bar serves a variety of the restaurant’s oversized cookies, bars, and other sweet treats in popular flavors like Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, Oatmeal Scotchie, Apple Oatmeal, and Vegan Snickerdoodle, along with a few rotating seasonal flavors.
A Cali-Mex Brunch is served on Saturdays & Sundays from 9AM to 3PM, with meals including options from Mexican Hash Browns, Breakfast Pizza with applewood bacon, a sunny-side-up egg with parmesan cream, and Breakfast Tostadas. Pancakes, waffles, salads, and sandwiches are also available to choose from, along with a selection of other items from the lunch and dinner menus.
A drink menu features a large selection wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks. A signature Rosé Cart offers options for Rosé fans, including the restaurant’s signature Summer House Rosé! The restaurant also hosts three bars.
