Find Out When Booking Opens for Candy Sushi at 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

During yesterday’s Preview for the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival, information was revealed for a daily Candy Sushi event! New this year, a Disney Chef will teach guests how to create their very own sweet Candy Sushi! Skittles is partnering with Adventures by Disney to present this session daily at 3:30 and 5:30 pm in Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion.

This family-friendly event will involve rolling together items like krispy treats and — of course — Skittles! Though it is anticipated to be especially popular for kids, all ages are welcome. [Read more…]

We’re LIVE today from Walt Disney World with more details for the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!

In just a few weeks from now, the Festival kicks off. So before you’re feasting at the Fest, you can feast your eyes on NEW Food Photos that we have for several of the new dishes hitting the scene this year!

The 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival runs from August 30th through November 12th, and there’s lots to check out in the meantime.

It’s almost here! The August 30th start date for Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival is getting closer! And guess what we found in Epcot today…….

2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival: Hawaii Booth

Yep — the Epcot Food and Wine Festival food booths are HERE!

While we don’t have a full list of booths or menus yet, we can tell many favorites including Hops and Barley in American Adventure Pavilion, Canada, Ireland, Mexico, France, Thailand, Hawaii, and more are returning.

With so much going on, it’s always fun to commemorate the occasion. So here’s a little peek at the upcoming Festival merchandise!

2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Low-Cost Seminar and Demonstration Updates!

Every day brings us just a bit closer to the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!

And we’re getting to the point where nearly each week is starting to reveal a bit more information about the Festival as well.

Take, for instance, the 2018 Low-Cost Seminars and Demonstrations — Beverage Seminars, Culinary Demonstrations, and the new Food & Beverage Pairings among them.

Though we shared the scheduled presenters for these low-cost seminars in June, there were — as is typical upon release — a few presenters and topics listed as “To Be Announced.”

But now, most of those items have been filled in!

So if the dates you are planning to visit the Food & Wine Festival had some previously undetermined events, be sure to look over the Low-Cost Seminars and Demonstrations Page here to see if your dates have been updated so you can make sure you’re making the most of all of your Festival options! We have a new food booth to announce for the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival! But even though it’s a new booth for the Festival, it may look quite familiar to you…

Taste Track in Future World

Taste Track is a snack kiosk open seasonally in Epcot’s Future World near the Test Track attraction. Currently, it features a lineup of over-the-top Sundaes. But for the 2018 Food and Wine Festival, it will become an official Food Booth, serving specialty Croissant Doughnuts with an option of topping with gelato!

Taste Track will join the following previously announced confirmed returning Food Booths: Flavors From Fire, Hops & Barley, and The Wine & Dine Studio. [Read more…]

New Milkshake May Debut at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival in Disney World

Looks like we’ll likely welcome at least one new menu item to the Ireland Booth for the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!

We’ve been told that according to Edible Orlando‘s print publication, a Guinness Baileys Milkshake may be on the menu.
