In case you missed it, Disney World is still in the middle of its big 50th anniversary celebration!
Some 50th anniversary items are pretty expensive
And we’ve seen some 50th anniversary souvenirs that are pretty expensive: $100 ornaments, $130 sweatpants, and even $1000 Minnie ears!!! And today, we found yet another pricey souvenir, and we’re still having a little bit of sticker shock.
It’s the week after Christmas, and that means that a LOT of things are on sale!

We’re talking toys, clothes, holiday decorations, and so much more. Some of the best deals can be found online, and today we got some hot savings on Disney items on Amazon!
We’ve seen a whole bunch of 50th Anniversary items released over the past several weeks since the celebrations began in October.
Cinderella Castle is ready to continue celebrating the 50th Anniversary all year long in 2022!
Some items haven’t been too expensive, while others have been priced at $1,000! Now, 3 NEW 50th Anniversary collectibles have arrived online, and some are available in the parks too. But we’ve got to warn you — these aren’t cheap!
Disney World is still celebrating their 50th Anniversary, a party that started on October 1st, 2021, and will last for eighteen months past that date.
Mickey and Minnie 50th Character Statues
One of the ways the parks celebrated this momentous occasion is by putting up fifty golden statues of various Disney and Pixar characters (called the Fab 50). You can find Simba and his friends in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Mickey and the gang in front of the Cinderella Castle, Miguel and Dante near the Mexico pavilion at EPCOT’s World Showcase, and more. Most recently, we’ve seen some shockingly expensive 50th Anniversary souvenirs, including a $1,000 Mickey ears hat and a $300 gold Loungefly mini backpack. Both of these items (among others) are part of the Luxe Logo collection, which has some of the fanciest Disney merchandise we’ve ever seen.
