Will Park Hopping in Disney World Still Be WORTH the Cost in 2021?

Just over a month ago, Disney announced that Park Hopping would be coming back to Walt Disney World at the start of 2021 in a modified way.

The new system has quite a few rules and requirements different than the old way of Park Hopping you may be familiar with, one being that the ability to Park Hop is not guaranteed — instead, it’s entirely based on park availability (a.k.a. you might NOT get to hop if the parks are full). But, getting a ticket with the Park Hopper option is more expensive than a regular 1-day, 1-park pass. Will that additional cost be worth it for you under the modified system? Here are our thoughts.

Is It REALLY Harder to Get a Dining Reservation in Disney World Right Now?

We’re constantly watching for Park Pass Reservation availability, ordering a LOT more on Mobile Order, and dealing with a whole new world where FastPass+ is suspended. On top of all that, there’s limited capacity at the parks.

Reservations Are Now Open for Cinderella’s Royal Table and Hollywood & Vine in Disney World!

Disney World is continuing their phased reopening! While the theme parks have been reopen for a couple of months now, we’re STILL seeing more locations and experiences reopen for guests to enjoy with the new health and safety guidelines in place.

As the phased reopening continues, two more table service restaurants are preparing to reopen in Disney World. And in preparation for welcoming guests back, you can now book those Advance Dining Reservations for these two locations!

Booking for Special Events and Demos and Seminars for the Festival will open to the general public on July 30th at 7 am this year, and the popularity of these events makes that date into something we call a Peak Booking Day — a day when you never quite know what to expect, because the phone lines and online booking engines are often jammed with folks trying to nab their top choices.

Disney Food Post Round-Up: August 1, 2010

Greetings, Disney food lovers! As always, let’s start with the Disney Food News of the week:

Check out this amazing photo of the Via Napoli ovens posted by Disney social media director Thomas Smith last week! They’ve even painted each ovens’ name above their “faces!”
In 2010 Epcot Food and Wine Festival news, check out this cool photo of the new South Korea booth lettuce wraps! Also, here’s a sneak peek at the 2010 Epcot Food and Wine Festival pins!

In DFB news, I just finished a Food and Wine Festival project I was working on: To see information, menus, and photos of the individual Epcot Food and Wine Festival World Showcase booths (and even some photos of food items that will be on the menu for 2010!), click on any individual country name on our 2010 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Booth Menus and Photos page.
