At the 2023 Destination D23 event at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Disney World, we learned that Star Tours, the ride in Hollywood Studios and Disneyland, would be receiving some new updates.

Over the years, this simulator ride and the show at its premise have undergone several changes, including new characters and new missions. Well, the day has finally come. This classic Star Wars ride that was created by Disney and Lucasfilm is getting another upgrade. It’s almost time to head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for some CHANGES!

The AT-AT was misting the guests down below!

That’s right! We are going to be seeing some updates to a ride in a land far far away. If you’re familiar with Star Tours — The Adventures Continue, you know that no two rides are ever the same (okay, that’s a slight exaggeration, but still.) That is something we LOVE about the ride, but now we have something even BETTER to look forward to when we hop on this ride in the future.
