Back in 2020, the D23 Expo, the largest Disney fan event in the world, was postponed until 2022. However, 2022 is finally here and the biannual event is set to go ahead on September 9th-11th at the Anaheim Convention Center. In the past, this event has been the springboard for some MAJOR Disney announcements, including sneak peeks at attractions, movies, and more!

But one of the expo’s most beloved events is the Mousequerade Costume Contest, where cosplayers bring their SERIOUS Disney “A” costuming game. And during the D23 Expo Media Event this morning, we learned that the costume contest will return in 2022!
