Kevin from Up
If you are wondering who, and what this giant bird is, she is from the Disney Pixar film Up. The stars of the film, Carl and Russell, befriend Kevin on their adventures in Paradise Falls. And the name, well initially Russell thinks Kevin is a boy, and names her Kevin, and the name stuck!

Animal Kingdom Entrance
If you’re looking for that adorable Simba Cupcake while you’re in Animal Kingdom, your best bet is to head to Pizzafari since it is no longer in the Creature Comforts bakery case. We did spot the Caramel Mocha and the Lotus Blossom cupcake in the lineup though!
We’ve all been there: It’s a screaming hot day at Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, and our schedule for the day doesn’t get us out of the sun’s persistent rays for long stretches of time. We’re having a blast (of course!), but we’re about to melt. Enter: Shave Ice!

This sweet and icy treat has been a seasonal part of the Animal Kingdom food scene for a couple of years, and it can now be found in the area of Harambe Market (not to be mistaken for Harambe Fruit Market closer to Kilimanjaro Safari). We have been spotting park-specific reusable bags at both Disneyland Resort and in Disney World. Yesterday, we shared a look at the new reusable bags in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and today — thanks to DFB Instagram friend @JasonD30 — we are checking out the new bag design for Disney World’s Animal Kingdom.
