There have been a LOT of changes at Disney over the past year…and we know, it can be overwhelming!

Between the return of Bob Iger as the company’s CEO and the ongoing battle between Disney and the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (formerly known as the Reedy Creek Improvement District), the Walt Disney Company has been in the spotlight. Another controversial topic that the company has been involved with is artificial intelligence (A.I.) and now there’s a new update you should know about.

Disney recently held its first quarter 2023 earnings call, which means we’ve had a LOT of news to report.

We learned about the current number of Disney+ subscribers and how the parks are doing financially. We even learned more about the company’s future plans for Disney+ (including a price increase). However, Disney CEO Bob Iger also commented on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is a pretty hot-button topic right now in entertainment.

Artificial Intelligence seems to be making headlines every day. I recently asked chatGPT about why Disney got rid of FastPass, and got some pretty accurate answers.
