To say that things in Disney World have been busy recently is an understatement.

First, the crowds are coming back into the parks — we had a bit of a slow season in late summer, but fall is bringing people back in droves. Then we had a TON of price increases hit the parks. Genie+ has also gone up in price PLUS the price is dependent on the day of your trip. But what else has been going on, specifically in Magic Kingdom? Let’s find out!
Skipping the regular, standby lines in Disney parks certainly isn’t anything new.

And, since the introduction of the latest system — Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes — there have been quite a few changes and updates in both Disney World and Disneyland. We recently learned that surge pricing would be implemented for Genie+ in Disneyland, and now it looks like yet another new change has come to the service!

And now that the party is materializing in Magic Kingdom, you’ll want to prepare for the fun that lies ahead, like not-so-spooky fireworks and frighteningly-tasty treats! We also can’t forget to mention the short lines you’ll find at attractions during the party. Not every ride will be available, however, so get prepared by taking a look at the list of attractions that will be open at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
If it feels like you’ve been waiting years for TRON Lightcycle Run to be completed at Magic Kingdom, well, that’s because you have.

Disney first began construction on this new attraction over four years ago, and it certainly hasn’t been smooth sailing ever since. A few inverted loops have been thrown into the planning and building of this roller coaster, but now we’re seeing everything start to come together. And it looks like TRON is one step closer to being completed, because a Magic Kingdom spot has closed for construction!
