Cover Art Revealed for “Galaxy’s Edge: Black Spire” Book Releasing August 27

Galaxy’s Edge: Black Spire

will be released on August 27th. This book by Delilah S. Dawson will transport readers to the planet Batuu. And today, Disney has unveiled the cover art for the upcoming novel.

According to Disney, “the story begins with General Leia Organa and her top spy, Vi Moradi.  After devastating losses at the hands of the First Order, Organa has dispatched her agents across the galaxy in search of allies, sanctuary, and firepower—and Vi may have just found all three, on a secluded world at the galaxy’s edge.” [Read more…]

What’s It Like to Be Chosen as a Cast Member for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge?

The Orange County Register has reported that 1,400 Disneyland Cast Members have been selected to work in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge as preparations move forward for the land’s May 31, 2019 opening.

Today StarWars.com has announced even more books and comics coming our way as “we prepare to make our first pilgrimage to the fringes of Wild Space and journey to the planet of Batuu, when Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens” in Disneyland this summer and Hollywood Studios this fall!

The recently released book “Star Wars: Pirate’s Price” reveals some really cool info about some of the backstory for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge… including hints about what we could possibly expect from Oga’s Cantina!

Attractions Magazine has discussed five things they learned from the book “as shared by Quinn Roseboom.” (Hi, Quinn!!!) And here are just a few of the super fun tidbits!

And now, the opening seasons for BOTH Disneyland and Hollywood Studios have officially been announced!
