Puerto Rico
I’m pretty sure Puerto Rico was my husband’s favorite booth, and in spite of the slight cilantro taste to the soup, it was one of my favorites as well! The incredible medianoche sandwich was a surprising winner — savory, warm, and just perfect for a midnight kitchen raid! 😉 And the asopao de pollo had some serious flavor going on! It was a huge portion, and delicious.
The Bacardi Torched Frozen Cherry Colada was incredible. Creamy, cool, sweet, and just enough tang to keep you interested. It is one of my favorite items in the festival! You can see more pictures, the full menu, and prices on our Puerto Rico Booth Page!
