Expected to open in 2023, The Cake Bake Shop is said to bring a “whimsical atmosphere that complements the magic of the idyllic charm of Disney’s BoardWalk that guests know and love” according to Disney. But, this new restaurant and bakeshop won’t be unique to Disney World — there are actually already TWO locations in the U.S. owned by the award-winning Gwendolyn Rogers. So, why wait to start dreaming up what will be offered on the sweet and savory menus, as well as afternoon tea service?
