For Disney fans, it can be hard to beat a Disney cruise — but whew, that price! Carnival might offer a much more affordable option and Royal Caribbean has the largest ships on seas. With Disney launching its largest ship yet, the Disney Wish, it seems a better time than ever to compare these cruise lines. So, how does Disney Cruise Line stack up to other major players like Carnival and Royal Caribbean? And where does the Disney Wish fit in with all this? Let’s find out.

Among other cruise lines, Disney Cruise Line has recently resumed sailings with health and safety guidelines, and the cruise industry is moving forward. Port Canaveral in Florida is seeing business growing for the first time since the pandemic began, and here’s what that could mean for the cruise industry.
Disney Cruise Line recently canceled all departures through January 2021, and the CDC has created a new, higher risk level for cruise travel, but the cruise line industry as a whole is preparing for an eventual return to sailing once it’s safe to do so.

Although cruise lines must meet a variety of new requirements to take passengers on adventures out at sea, that isn’t stopping them from planning for the future and offering guests the chance to get some good deals on future cruise adventures this Black Friday and Cyber Monday!
After so much waiting, things are finally coming together at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Mark your calendars for April 22 — Earth Day — for the debut of the new nighttime spectacular: Rivers of Light!! [Editor’s Update: Please note that since the original publishing of this article, Disney has announced that the Rivers of Light spectacular will be delayed, and they will be releasing further information regarding an updated debut date in mid-late May 2016.]
