A lot of things can happen that can impact your day in Disney World.
For example, bad weather can close rides, cancel entertainment, and more (it’s also why we tell you to ALWAYS pack rain gear). Sometimes, rides have technical issues and close while those issues are fixed behind the scenes. Sometimes, things just happen, and we don’t know why, but something odd was going on in Magic Kingdom this morning, resulting in the cancelation of two cavalcades.

We’ve seen that at Disney World, especially most recently with the massive ongoing EPCOT transformation, but we also recently noticed a smaller change — certain characters at Disney World recently got a bit of a transformation of their own.

We’ve seen a few different cavalcades offered over the past years with different characters in each, but last year we heard that a brand NEW character cavalcade would be coming to the park with all kinds of fun friends for fans to see. We will admit that the cavalcades grew on us fast last year when Disney World first introduced them — we love the spontaneous feeling of them. And we love the new 50th anniversary cavalcade, but there’s another NEW cavalcade set to arrive at Disney World soon, too!
