We were thrilled to hear about Ariel’s meet and greet returning to Magic Kingdom last month, but we knew another exciting character experience was returning as well. Enchanted Tales with Belle has returned to Magic Kingdom!

Ariel’s Grotto has reopened!
It was announced last week that a certain Princess meet and greet would finally be returning to Magic Kingdom, and that day is finally here. That’s right — Ariel has returned to her Grotto!
Meeting characters has been different in Disney World recently.
Hey There Mickey!
The one-on-one character experiences haven’t been happening in the parks due to COVID-19. But, guests can say “hello” to some of their favorite friends from a distance. Disney recently announced that meet and greets are returning in a modified way, and they even shared us which characters are coming back as part of those experiences. But now, it looks like some changes have been made to the name of this modified way of meeting characters in Disney World.
After over a year, Disney Cruises have recently started to sail again, including the Disney Dream and Disney Wonder. And soon, the Disney Fantasy will be setting sail again.

And although things have changed onboard due to the ongoing global health crisis and small updates have been made to the dining process, guests with plans to take a Disney Cruise soon might have questions about character experiences on the ship.
We HAVE to show you what we saw in Disney’s Hollywood Studios today.

Even though traditional meet and greets are still suspended, we love spotting characters out and about in the parks. We’ve had some great interactions with them during cavalcades, or even if we’re just passing by! But we’ve gotta warn you: we don’t think you’re prepared for what we saw in Hollywood Studios today.
We love seeing Disney characters out and about throughout the parks.

Even though we can’t hug them right now, it’s always fun to chat and dance alongside some of our faves. We’re bringing you around Magic Kingdom today — so come say hi to a bunch of characters with us!
Since Disney World began its phased reopening after the unprecedented closures in 2020, we’ve added some NEW tips to our list of things to keep in mind when you travel!

Just yesterday, Disney announced that Shanghai Disneyland will reopen on May 11th! This is indeed BIG news, as Shanghai Disneyland closed in January to promote safety in light of the current global health situation. (At press time, all other Disney Parks around the world remain closed until further notice.)

But as we look forward to the eventual re-opening of all Disney parks, a big question on the minds of fans is: What will the Disney character experience be like in a time which requires social distancing measures for safety?
