Hey there, DFB Friends! We are back to bring you everything that is new at Disney’s Art of Animation and Pop Century Resort!
Are you ready to get down to the nitty-not-so-gritty? Let’s waste no time and get started!
Alright cheesecake fans, we’ve got a treat for you!
We’ve been snacking on a bunch of delicious limited-time rainbow treats this weekend at Disneyland Resort. We showed you the Rainbow Bread Pudding and the colorific Rainbow Macaron Box and now we’re back with the Rainbow Cheesecake!
Ahh, cheese: basically one of our favorite food groups here at DFB.
If you’re as obsessed as we are (and we are pretty passionate), you’ll want to know EXACTLY where you can find the best cheese in Disney, from killer mac to cream cheese frosting excellence and more! And, we’ve got the greatest list for you, friends… .
is one of our all-time favorite places to eat in Disneyland’s California Adventure. For real, everything there is simple…yet amazing.
They have great soups, bread bowls, and salads…comfort food galore. But, obviously, the seasonal desserts are the winners in our book. Recently, there have been a lot of bread puddings going around — and they are crazy good, you guys. We didn’t think that they could get any better after the last seasonal bread pudding Pacific Wharf had on their menu. Let us tell you, though… We were so wrong.

Helllllo from Hollywood! Today we are bringing you a super fun review from the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge is the patio off of the signature restaurant, The Hollywood Brown Derby. There aren’t any reservations — seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. While you can order anything off of the Brown Derby menu, the Lounge has its own unique menu of tapas and cocktails. We love the Drink Trios, which allow you to try three mini martinis or margaritas at once!
But today, we are taking a bite into three signature dishes. Each item we are reviewing was originally created at the Brown Derby in California — the one that the Hollywood Brown Derby in Walt Disney World was modeled after. We thought this would be a fun way to enjoy an afternoon on the leisurely patio!
is popping up at Disney Parks on both coasts, and that means new snacks! We gave you a little preview here, but now, we’ve got a look at the real deal Briar Rose Gold Tart!
This orange cream tart can be found at the Yacht Club’s Market at Ale & Compass and at the Beach Club Marketplace, and it is officially available today! [Read more…]
Saint Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and we are starting to see appropriately themed desserts pop up around Walt Disney World — like this ADORABLE cheesecake!
We found this cutie in the dessert case at the Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. It’s $5.29 or one Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit.
Ever since Epcot’s Kringla Bakeri og Kafe reopened in August 2018, we’ve been keeping an eye on the pastry case to see what old favorites returned and what new treats await. Just a few days ago, we told you that Troll Horns (finally!) made a comeback! And just yesterday we let you know about the Troll Kreme Spiked Slush that’s perfect for fortifying the spirit before jumping in line for Frozen Ever After.
And now we’re bringing you a sweet treat that’s reindeer approved (because, after all, reindeer are better than people). It’s Sven’s Apple Cheesecake, and it’s lovely in its simplicity.

When the Happily Ever After fireworks show in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World replaced Wishes just over a year ago, the responses were all over the map. Some were deeply saddened; others were ready for a change. But one thing was for sure: there would be fireworks.
Lots and lots of fireworks. 😉
When Disneyland Resort introduced a brand new Pixar Fest Afternoon Tea a couple of weeks ago, we were chomping at the bit to learn more — and to get in on that tea and sandwiches action! The Pixar Fest Afternoon Tea is a part of the on-going (and delicious!) Pixar Fest, so guests can reserve tea through September 3, when the festival ends.
We were there on DAY 1 to enjoy it, so let’s head over to Steakhouse 55 and enjoy afternoon tea!
The cost of the Pixar Fest Afternoon Tea is $52-$65 per adult and $35 per child, and its location at Steakhouse 55 raised our expectations. We’d already had a great experience at Steakhouse 55 for regular old afternoon tea. Imagine what would happen when they Pixar-fied it!
