Here at the DFB, we love all things Disney dining. And that includes merchandise designed to make our dining a little more Disney — even at home!
So imagine our wonder when we discovered a line of Alice in Wonderland tea party dishware and accessories in the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot.

Many Disney fans have a special place in their hearts for their favorite parades and fireworks shows. And for a whole bunch of us, the Main Street Electrical Parade pulls at our heartstrings big time. And now that it’s back at Disneyland — welcomed by a TON of amazing MSEP themed treats? We HAD to get there!!

The glittering spectacle features innumerable lights, fan-favorite characters, and catchy, fun music. Beloved since its first appearance at Disneyland Resort way back in 1972 and its subsequent appearance in Disney World in 1977, the Main Street Electrical Parade is pretty universally adored.
I never miss an opportunity to see what Marceline’s in Downtown Disney is up to. Even if I’m just quickly walking by, I always pop in to see if there is anything new.
On a recent visit, two fun cake pops caught my eye. The Goofy and Cheshire Cat inspired cake pops appear to be close relatives to their caramel apple counterparts. (You can read about the delicious Cheshire Cat Caramel apple here and the disastrous Goofy Caramel Apple here.)
This post though, is all about their mini lookalikes, which were introduced to the resort at the beginning of August.
New Cheshire Cat and Goofy Cake Pops Join Mike Wazowski!
Since I had already tried a Mike Wazowski cake pop (on more than one occasion) during the Monstrous Summer season, I purchased a Cheshire Cat and Goofy cake pop to go. We were staying on property for the weekend, so I walked them back to the Disneyland Hotel for a little in-room review.

Strolling through Downtown Disney this morning, Marceline’s was closed. BUT, there were some talented candy makers in the kitchen making something brand spanking new: The Cheshire Cat caramel apple.

The apples, inspired by the new Mad T Party at Disney California Adventure, are $9.99 and will be available at Marceline’s in Downtown Disney, Candy Palace on Main Street, and Pooh Corner in Critter Country. I was also told that they will “most likely” be at Trolley Treats on Buena Vista Street when it opens on the 15th of June!

I was trolling Amazon today and found some rockin’ Disney kitchen products. Now, these are probably wants, not needs, but I thought it was important to share with you nonetheless. So whether you’re collectors, or just curious, here are some of the countless Disney kitchen products swimming around out there… .
Wall-E Cake Pan and Candle: OK, this is just too much fun. I had NO idea that Wall-E had made his way into children’s birthday parties…or anybody’s birthday parties…but apparently he’s there and going strong. I just thought the cake was pretty cute, and I could really go for some frosting right now. (Psst: you can also get the icing food coloring set, should you so desire.)
Disney Ice Cream Maker: You know you want it. It has Mickey feet. And it makes ice cream whenever you want. Any flavor. Will wonders never cease? Besides, Dave of Davelandblog‘s review is five stars on this one.
Spode Disney Christmas Tree 7-inch Cheese Wedge and Cover: I had no idea my cheese wedges needed their own plate and cover. And to think I was about to go into the winter without a season-appropriate version!
Alice and Cheshire Cat Salt and Pepper Set: I would throw a dinner party just to use these. And I’d do all kinds of subtle themeing, like make “Drink Me” tags for the wine glasses and “Eat Me” tags for the dessert dishes. Big, plastic pocket watches everywhere. Centerpieces made from decks of cards and half-red/half-white roses. Stop me anytime.
