The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is currently happening RIGHT NOW in EPCOT and will run through November 23rd, 2024.

We were at the festival on the VERY FIRST DAY, trying all the new foods and checking out all the food booths, as well as looking at new merchandise and checking out some entertainment like the Eat to the Beat concert series. Well, one food booth just added a NEW snack for a limited time for a special Chinese celebration. So, we obviously had to check it out so we could get you a review!

A Popular Tourist Destination Just Added… Toilet Timers (No, We’re Not Kidding)

There are a lot of things popular tourist destinations have to do to manage the number of visitors they see each day.

For many sites, including Disney parks, this includes things like continuously building new attractions, making sure existing ones are staying updated and relevant, making sure there are enough dining locations and seating areas to accommodate guests, and especially, making sure there are plenty of bathrooms to go around. Well, one popular tourist destination has just done something controversial with their bathrooms — they’ve added timers.

One of the most fun things to do in the World Showcase at EPCOT is to sample foods from around the world.

We always find those little gems of snacks from each country, like Jammie Dodgers in the U.K., pizza-flavored chips in Japan (only ONE of our favorite things in that spot), and more. Well, we just found what is traditionally a Japanese treat, mochi, in the China Pavilion. Obviously, we were interested in seeing how it differed from the Japanese version, so we tried it out.

The one thing you gotta love about EPCOT is how many unique foods you can find throughout the park.

Not only can you get that infamous Pickle Shake at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, but you can also find some interesting snacks in the World Showcase Pavilions. Take potato chips, for example — we’ve tried some very unusual flavors, including Octopus Chips, Fruit-flavored potato chips, and more. Well, now, we’ve discovered Beer Chips, and we HAD to try them — our curiosity got the best of us.

3 More Booths CONFIRMED for the 2023 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is an annual celebration of global cuisine in Disney World, and this year it takes place from July 27 through November 18, 2023.

Food & Wine is almost here!

Before the Flower & Garden Festival had even ended, Food & Wine food booths started popping up around the World Showcase, and now that the Flower & Garden Festival is over, we’re looking forward to the next one. While Disney still hasn’t released the full menus or list of booths for Food & Wine — we think this may be a sign we’ll hear something soon!

OCTOPUS CHIPS Are a Thing in Disney World and They Might SURPRISE You

No, Disney World is NOT just full of chicken nuggets and fries (though you will find those and they are delicious). The parks and hotels are actually home to some pretty unique snacks and can be a great place to visit if you have an adventurous palette!

One place to find some unique snacks is the House of Good Fortune in the China Pavilion at EPCOT. Here, one of our favorite things to check out is Lay’s potato chips. In the past, we’ve seen tons of interestingly-flavored Lay’s chips here — from squid and candy flavors to honey butter. We recently found another bag of unique Lay’s chips at House of Good Fortune we just had to give them a try. Are you ready to check them out with us? Let’s go!
