Hello DFB friends! We’re here with a what’s new at Magic Kingdom!
We spent the day strolling around this magical park and we spotted several new things all over! We’re gonna take a look at food and merchandise updates, so let’s dive in!
Love is in the air as we’re only a day away from the most romantic day of the year!
We’ve already got heart eyes for all the sweets arriving in the parks to celebrate Valentine’s Day. But, we’re setting aside our Valentine’s coffee, ice cream, and candy for THIS set of treats arriving in the parks!
So much of a great Disney World vacation comes down to planning. This means knowing where you want to stay, how long to go and, for many, where you want to EAT! Booking those Advance Dining Reservations to score the restaurants on your wish list is a crucial part of many guests’ planning.
You may be aware, however, that there are some Table Service restaurants that are tricker to snag reservations for than others! To make sure you’re prepared to tackle your upcoming Disney World vacation like a pro, we’re sharing the dining locations that will be the HARDEST to grab a reservation for in 2021!
December has been full of restaurant reopenings, menu changes, and a brand new cookie joint at Disney Springs!
And we’ve been covering it all to keep you updated. But if you’ve missed some announcements specifically about menu changes and updates, here are all the menu updates we’ve seen this past month!
Happy Holidays! We’ve been eating SO many holiday snacks at Disney World!
But we’ve also been at every recent restaurant reopening and kept an eye on menu updates! So here’s what’s happened with Disney restaurants this past week!
Earlier this year, Cinderella’s Royal Table reopened, featuring a very quick appearance by Cinderella herself!
And while we munched on some chicken and tenderloin of beef when we visited, a NEW entree will soon be joining the menu for all to enjoy!
Things at Disney World have definitely changed following the park closures.
We’re constantly watching for Park Pass Reservation availability, ordering a LOT more on Mobile Order, and dealing with a whole new world where FastPass+ is suspended. On top of all that, there’s limited capacity at the parks.
Character dining has started to return to spots like Hollywood and Vine in Hollywood Studios and we’ve seen characters make very brief appearances in Cinderella’s Royal Table and Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom.
But, the character dining experience is very much modified from what it used to be in Disney World.Â
Last week was a good week for dining in Disney World!
We had a TASTY end of the week as we got to return to Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kingdom and to Minnie’s Seasonal Dine at Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios. BOTH of these locations are now available for walk-up through the Mobile Dine Walk-up Waitlist in the My Disney Experience app!
For many guests, dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table is at the top of their Disney World bucket list!
Located inside Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom, the incredible atmosphere and opportunity to meet the Disney Princesses have traditionally been the main selling points of this restaurant. But, upon initial reopening, the princesses are no longer stopping by for guests meet-and-greets — although Cinderella may make an appearance from a distance. So, is Cinderella’s Royal Table worth visiting even without the chance to meet the Disney Princesses? Let’s dive in!
