It’s September, and many of you are probably holding on to the remnants of summer — dreading those 5PM sunsets and impending cold fronts.

One of the best things about central Florida is that summer never truly ends. The sun might set a bit earlier each day and we might be greeted each early morning and late evening with a nip in the air, but around midday, you’ll still catch us by the pool or in the parks with a refreshing treat. One thing that reminds us of relaxing summer days is LEMON! Lemonade, iced tea with lemon, lemon-glazed treats, you name it. Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs seems to be at least partially on board with the whole endless summer thing, as one of the September menu highlights is allllll about lemon.
