Hollywood Studios is ready for “Lightyear!”
If you’re like us, you probably are, and you’ve been enjoying all those amazing Star Wars movies and TV shows, classic Disney movies, Marvel shows and movies, and more! There’s just so much to watch! But you might want to know when the most recently released Disney movie will arrive on the service. Well, now, we’ve got an answer!
If you go into Lightyear expecting it to be the same as the Toy Story films you know and love, you won’t quite find what you’re looking for.

Pixar has released a number of new films over the years. We first got Soul back in 2020, followed by Luca in the summer of 2021. Turning Red came to Disney+ earlier in 2022, but now Pixar is getting its first theatrical movie release since the pandemic — Lightyear!

We’ve seen updates with Genie+, the addition of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and a bunch of new snacks, to name a few. We’re talking treats that looked better than they tasted, some with some really strange ingredients, and even a few that looked like downright disasters. But some of the strangest things we’ve tried were (shockingly!) ice cream flavors…all from Salt & Straw at Disneyland Resort!
For those hardcore Disney World fans out there, it may be the ultimate DREAM to live near the magic.

Imagine stopping by Magic Kingdom after work or running into EPCOT for a quick bite when you don’t feel like cooking. Living close to the theme parks would offer all kinds of opportunities! And if you’re looking to move, there’s going to be a new housing option opening nearby.

Whether it’s makeovers to the resort hotels, new roller coasters, or dining options that we can’t wait to try, there’s a lot on the horizon for the vacation destination. However, the thing that we may have been waiting on the longest is the Tron Coaster in Magic Kingdom…and today it hit a HUGE milestone!

Okay, we may be a little bit biased when it comes to loving food so much 😉, but can you really blame us for centering our trips on visiting some of the TOP and most unique dining locations that fill the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs?! In the past few months, we’ve had several new additions to the Disney food scene…and now another one is coming!
It’s no secret that Mickey Mouse is an absolute icon! Disney fans adore him, and thus, his likeness (and his adorably large ears!) can be found on all kinds of merchandise, from sippers to backpacks and everything in between.
Visiting Mickey always makes our day!
And now, he’s about to be featured in a whole new way! When Disney and food come together, it’s a perfect pair, so, foodies may want to hold onto their wallets a little tighter before we show you the new item now available online.

Whenever Disney drops new limited edition or limited release collections, it seems that people FLOCK to the theme parks. And when those same items arrive online, we often find ourselves in online wait rooms on shopDisney because fans get so excited to purchase the next big souvenir.
