Disney Greetings from Magic Kingdom, friends!
While many guests are enjoying their spring break vacation at Disney World this week, Cinderella Castle has just started to undergo its lengthy refurb!
We’re still feeling the excitement over the recent announcement that Cinderella Castle will begin a massive refurbishment in the coming weeks in preparation for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary in 2021.
This transformation, which will begin soon and continue through the summer, will result in a very noticeable difference to the castle’s appearance, and we have more details to share about its new look!
While Walt Disney World is getting ready for its big 50th-anniversary celebration next year, there’s been a frenzy of construction and refurbishment happening throughout its theme parks and resorts!
And while our attention has been focused a lot of Epcot right now as we get ready for Regal Eagle Smokehouse, Space 220 Restaraunt, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind to debut, we just found out something MAJOR is about to happen at Magic Kingdom!
Hey there, DFB Friends! We are back to bring you everything that is new at Disney’s Art of Animation and Pop Century Resort!
Are you ready to get down to the nitty-not-so-gritty? Let’s waste no time and get started!
It hasn’t been very long since our last check-in on the presumable walkway which will join Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to the Magic Kingdom.
But quite a lot has happened in the brief time we’ve been away!
Hey everybody! It’s time for another roundup of What’s New at the Magic Kingdom Monorail Resorts!
We’re climbing aboard one of our preferred methods of transportation at Disney World to see what’s been happening at Disney’s Contemporary, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian Resorts!
We first reported in July about a potential walkway that would finally connect the Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom directly by foot!
There’s been much a buzz about one of Walt Disney World’s earliest resorts, Grand Floridian, with the recent opening of The Beauty & The Beast inspired lounge, Enchanted Rose, as well as the recent installation of the beloved Gingerbread House. So what’s been going on with that neighboring construction?
The first steps in the redesign of Future World in Epcot have begun!
We’ve known for a few months that parts of Future World would begin closing September 8th, including Club Cool (we still love ya, Beverly!) and the Fountain of Nations. Other parts of Future World, like Electric Umbrella and Mouse Gear, will be closing in the coming months. Well, friends, we’re sad to say they wasted no time setting up for the impending construction.
Pilots, navigators, engineers, and commanders — we’re getting closer and closer to the projected 2019 opening date for one of Epcot’s newest restaurants. Guests will hopefully be able to blast off soon, especially since construction appears to have made some serious progress… .
The scaffolding that was once outside the upcoming space-themed restaurant has come down!
Welcome back, all you DFB stars! We’re here with another What’s New at the All-Stars Resorts.
We’ve got some food, merch, entertainment, and construction updates for ya, so let’s dribble on in!
