As we move further and further into January, we will see all the holiday and Christmas decorations slowly coming down and moving back into storage.
Magic Kingdom at Christmas
For those of us who LOVE Disney World at Christmas time, this is a sad occasion. It truly marks the end of the merriest time of the year. We recently found out that Disney’s Port Orleans hotel had started taking down its decorations the first week of January, which seemed very early to us (perhaps to make room for Mardi Gras decor). We wondered why it was coming down so early compared to the rest of the locations when a very friendly reader shared some interesting insight!
