We’ve had a very busy week in Disney World, especially in Magic Kingdom!
Critter Co-Op
A brand new ride, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, has finally opened, and we’ve had a chance to check out some celebratory treats, as well as get a look at some ride-themed merchandise. Speaking of merchandise, though, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will have TWO gift shops and another one of those stores is NOW OPEN.
We’re “Almost There,” y’all! Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will be officially opening in Magic Kingdom to the public TOMORROW, on June 28th.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
Now, we finally had a chance to check out the ride for ourselves, although it’s been having some technical issues. We have seen a sneak peek at some Tiana’s Bayou Adventure merchandise, but one select group of Disney World visitors is getting EXCLUSIVE merchandise that will be available soon!
Picture this: You just rode Tiana’s Bayou Adventure for the first time and you LOVED IT. So much, in fact, that you want to buy yourself a little souvenir to commemorate the occasion. You head into the new gift shop by the ride to check out all the themed merchandise, find the PERFECT item (maybe it’s that super cute Loungefly…or the firefly that lights up…or it could be the Tiana-themed Minnie ears), and then turn to find the register so you can check out, when all of a sudden you see it. The incredibly long check-out LINE. 😱

We’re expecting the new ride to be super popular, especially when it first opens, which means the accompanying gift shop will probably also be very crowded. Critter Co-Op is located where The Briar Patch used to be, and the store has been updated to fit the new Princess and the Frog theme. There’s a LOT of new merchandise coming, and the decorations around it are so fun! Let’s check it all out!
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has been under construction in Magic Kingdom since early 2023, but it’s set to open in just a few short weeks!
