Fantasyland
While some Disney fans think Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is one of the best-themed lands in all of Disney World, others think that World Showcase is completely underrated by EPCOT guests. And some guests love the charm of Fantasyland, while others prefer the bioluminescent details of Pandora. No matter how you cut it, though, Disney fans think some lands are overrated, while others aren’t. So we asked you, our DFB readers, about the lands at Disney World! We have made a few stops over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom over the past few days and you KNOW we spotted some new and exciting updates. Now, we’re bringing you a check-in on the latest in construction and merchandise in this park!
There’s so much to do in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, like brave Expedition Everest, grab a bite to eat at Nomad Lounge, or visit some gorillas on the Gorilla Falls trail! But what if your little one just wants to run around and PLAY?

After a long period of closure, we’re excited to see an old favorite playground reopen in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
Though Animal Kingdom is home to many exciting rides and animals, there is one land here that often gets the shorter end of the stick.

Even though people like to rag on it as being a pretty terrible land, Dinoland U.S.A. has one of the most intricate and exciting backstories of any land in Disney!

Tucked inside this land in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is Restaurantosaurus, home of seasonal ice cream sammies, secret Annual Passholder sips, and — of course — burgers. But when we stopped by today, we noticed something looked a little different!
You know us — we love our Disney World snacks, and we LOVE our Disney World cookies! That is probably why we found ourselves standing in 3+ hour long lines to get the latest cookie flavor at Gideon’s Bakehouse (don’t judge us!).

But we’ve certainly got our favorites all over Disney World, and we’re going to share those with you today, so you can have the most ULTIMATE cookie crawl ever! So put on your stretchy pants and comfy shoes because we’re wandering all over Disney World eating cookies!
