For over 40 years, the College Program has helped launch the careers of numerous leaders within Disney and beyond.

Well, if you’re a college student, that is. Working at Disney World is a dream for so many people, and the Disney College Program helps to make that happen year after year. And, it looks like Disney is preparing to usher in a new class of Cast Members because Disney College Program applications are now open for 2024!
There are a lot of different jobs at Disney World, from chefs to ride attendants to fireworks engineers. But a good portion of Disney World’s workforce is made up of college students who attend an internship program called the Disney College Program.

The College Program took a hiatus due to the global pandemic, but it returned this past June in Walt Disney World!
