This past week was a big one for some of the major projects going on around the parks — we finally know when the new nighttime show at EPCOT, Harmonious, will debut, we found more progress on two of the major roller coasters coming to EPCOT and Magic Kingdom, and we even got a peek at what’s to come on a recent hotel refurbishment. So, we’ve got a lot to cover — let’s get to it!

There have been a lot of BIG projects going on around the parks and resorts as Disney prepares for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebrations that will be kicking off in just FOUR months (is time flying for anyone else?). Still, there have been some signs that normalcy is returning including the announcement of returning entertainment, the removal of temperature checks at the parks, heavily-eased mask rules, and more. There’s also been a BIG behind-the-scenes sign that ‘normal’ is coming back — and it has to do with Disney World permits.
