Hello DFB friends! We’re back to see what’s new in Disney’s Magic Kingdom since our last visit.

We strolled around the beautiful kingdom to check out the latest food, construction, and merchandise! Here we go!
We’ve got our School Bread in one hand and our Macaron Minnie Ears in the other because we’re heading to the France Pavilion today!
Chefs de France
Although we’ve already been strolling through the pavilion to check out the Food and Wine eats and sips, France is also home to the upcoming Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction and La Crêperie de Paris restaurant. As a part of the giant EPCOT Transformation overhaul, the new features in the pavilion are meant to add some newness to World Showcase.

After experiencing some delay, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is set to reopen on November 1st, 2020.

Much like most of the reopened Disney World resorts, Art of Animation will be hosting modified experiences and some limited amenities. In addition to the enhanced health and safety protocols, the main pool will be under refurbishment early next year. Things are constantly changing in the Disney World parks! So we headed out to Magic Kingdom to see what’s new since our last visit. Here are all the latest food, construction, and merchandise updates from Magic Kingdom!
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in Walt Disney World will receive some major refurbishments this year!
Polynesian Construction
Disney postponed reopening much of the resort in order to finish construction projects on guest rooms, the main lobby, and the entryway. The guest rooms will receive a new Moana-inspired theme and the concept art for the massive entryway overhaul was released recently. We’ve been stopping by the resort frequently to see the construction progress and how it is affecting visiting guests.
While Disneyland Resort faces an extended closure, we often pop into Downtown Disney to see if we can spot any new merch and dining updates.
Disneyland Gate
While visiting, we’ll stop by Disneyland’s entrance gates to see if there are any signs of life on the other side. We’ve spotted new physical distancing markers and even a potential new walkway. On our recent visit, we stopped by the gates of Disneyland to see what else is new!
