None of us are ever truly ready to leave Walt Disney World once our magical park day comes to a close, and soon you won’t have to leave quite as early as normal.
EPCOT is extending its hours for the 2023 Festival of the Holidays!
Wait, is it true?? Is there actually Disneyland food that you should be AVOIDING during your upcoming trip to the west coast parks?
The short answer: YES. But let’s dive into the BETTER answer and get to the bottom of things today, here on DFB Guide.
I can think of few things in life that hit the spot quite like a spread of sushi and some good ol’ soy sauce and shrimp sauce to accompany it.
I personally eat sushi a couple times per week because it’s quick to eat, nutritious, and also pretty filling — and I know that there are lots of other sushi-lovers here on the DFB team! However, there’s one place we probably won’t be eating sushi. That place is Disney World!
Ah, fall is in the air… and apparently in all of the latest Disney World treats too.
We didn’t possibly think it was going to get any more autumn-festive than the treats we tried on the first night of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party but with so many new pumpkin spice-flavored treats popping up in parks we decided to see what else may be out waiting for us in the most unexpected places! Listen, Disney’s Animal Kingdom has announced some big changes recently!
Disney recently announced that extended park hours will be coming for select hotel guests for a limited time, and at Destination D23 we learned a TON about the upcoming changes to lands and attractions around the entire park. Amid all this bigger news though, Disney’s Animal Kingdom just dropped a new margarita we just had to try out! [Read more…]
Disney World hotels have some of the absolute best restaurants on property.
From ‘Ohana to Boma to Topolino’s Terrace and more, plenty of our favorite Disney World eateries can be found at the hotels. Trust us, some of these spots are even worth going out of your way for, and if you’re planning an upcoming trip — there’s a closure you might want to know about.
$20 is one of those weird prices that is seen as low in some cases and high in others. A $20 salad better be made with the freshest ingredients out there, but a $20 Disney t-shirt is actually a pretty good deal.
As Disney experts, we’re in the parks and resorts all the time, so we have a pretty good idea of what people like to buy. There’s one (roughly) $20 souvenir that seems to be SUPER popular, so let’s talk about why. What’s the big deal with popcorn buckets, anyway?
Out of all the Disney World parks, EPCOT is one that really sticks out to us when it comes to food.
EPCOT is the place to eat for those with adventurous palettes, as you can grab cuisine from each of the 11 countries represented in World Showcase, plus snacks and small plates from the various booths located throughout the parks during the seasonal festivals. While the majority of the restaurants at EPCOT take on a more casual atmosphere, there are TWO restaurants in the park that just feel downright fancy.
Allow us to set the scene: It’s summer, Magic Kingdom is packed with people, the sun is beating down on you, and the most protein you’ve had all day was a little beef in your Cheeseburger Spring Roll. It’s time for a break.
So, when you need food, where do you go? After an intense day in Magic Kingdom, you deserve a long, luxurious meal in the air conditioning. How about Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riviera Resort? It’s a popular sit-down table-service restaurant with good food and a relaxing atmosphere. But after we’ve been to so many winning restaurants lately, is this spot still worth a visit? Come with us to find out as we review Topolino’s Terrace in Disney World!
September has arrived! Now, if only we could get some crisp, cool fall weather in Central Florida. Although it may not always feel like fall in Disney World, that doesn’t stop us from celebrating Halloween!
Admittedly, one of our favorite parts of the Halloween season is trying the festive treats at Disney World! This year, there are TONS of Halloween snacks available. From returning classics to new desserts, we’re here for the FOOD. This time, we’re traveling to Disney’s Old Key West Resort to try a NEW treat!
