BREAKING: PRICES Revealed for Pay-Per-Ride Attractions in Disney World

By now you may have heard of the Disney Genie program, which is a new service in the My Disney Experience app for Disney World that helps guests plan their trip with free personalized itineraries.

There are two paid service options with Disney Genie — the first is Genie+, which is $15 per ticket, per day and will allow you to make reservations to skip the line of rides, similar to how you previously did with FastPass+. The other paid service is Individual Attraction Selection, or the pay-per-ride service, which will allow guests to skip the line of high-demand rides NOT included with Genie+ by paying for them individually. And now, Disney has officially announced what each ride will cost! FULL LIST: All the Rides You Can Pay EXTRA For in Disney World

Disney Genie launched in Disney World back in October of 2021, and there have been some major changes since then! This new program run through My Disney Experience includes multiple paid service options for guests who would prefer to pay to essentially skip the lines of their favorite rides.

Disney Genie+ cost starts at $15 per ticket, per day in Disney World and it gives guests the ability to make reservations to use the Lightning Lanes (what used to be called the FastPass+ lane) for over 50 different attractions. Not all rides are included in the Disney Genie+ service, though — some high-demand rides are a part of a separate paid option called Individual Attraction Selection. ALL 59 Attractions Included with Genie+ in Disney World!

Disney World launched the Genie+ system on October 19th, 2021. This new service replaced the previous FastPass+ system in the parks!

Pricing for Genie+ varies by date, starting at $15 per day, per ticket* at Disney World (*Prices vary by date and by park), and it allows guests to reserve rides to skip the line at, essentially like they did with FastPass+, except you will now enter these attractions using the new Lightning Lanes (which are just the FastPass+ lanes with a new name). BREAKING: Opening DATE Announced for Genie+ (the FastPass Replacement) in Disney World!

Disney recently announced a new planning program called Disney Genie.

The program will be part of the My Disney Experience App and have features like a personalized itinerary, forecasted wait times, and even a virtual assistant. There is also a paid version, Disney Genie+, that is replacing the FastPass+ system at the parks. In addition, you will also be able to pay for individual rides in high demand that you want to skip the line for. And, we finally know the exact day that Disney Genie is launching in Disney World!

PHOTOS: What Disney Genie Will Look Like on Your Phone

Disney announced last month that a new planning program would be coming to the My Disney Experience app in Disney World called Disney Genie.

Genie is free and is designed to be used as a planning tool that is supposed to make your time at Disney World easier. It will have features like custom itineraries, forecasted wait times, and a virtual assistant. It’s scheduled to launch this fall, however, we do not have an official date yet. NEWS: You CAN’T Re-Ride Disney World Attractions with Genie+

Earlier this year, Disney announced that FastPass+ would be going away and new, paid FastPass-like systems would be taking its place.

ALL the Lightning Lanes We’ve Spotted in Disney World So Far!

Disney’s Fastpass+ service is no longer in place, but there’s a NEW Fastpass+ replacement coming soon to Disney World called Disney Genie+. If you miss strolling through the Fastpass line to board your favorite attraction, you might be interested in paying for Disney Genie+, which will give guests access to over 40 attractions in Disney World.
