The PhotoPass photographers in Disney World capture the most magical moments of your vacation (with a special bit of extra pixie dust, of course).
And, the Disney PhotoPass Service is celebrating its 15th anniversary (!!!) with all-new, limited-time photo ops around the parks. We’ve already got our best Minnie ears picked out and ready to go!
It’s hard to believe that this month marks a whopping 15 years of Disney’s PhotoPass Service!
It’s certainly evolved over time as technology has advanced, but it’s always been one of the easiest ways to preserve and relive memories from your vacation.
Many Disney World guests (including us here at the DFB team) get flutters of excitement when they get to meet and get photos taken with their favorite Disney World characters. And if you’re a parent to little ones, you likely get a burst of joy seeing your kiddo meet Mickey Mouse for the very first time.
Disney World’s PhotoPass photographers have become a vital component of these character meet-and-greets, and many vacationers choose to purchase the Memory Maker package for unlimited downloads of the resulting photos. To make picture taking easy, Disney has an innovative way to capture digital memories of your family vacation called Memory Maker and our good friends at Small World Vacations have some great tips on how to use Memory Maker to capture ALL the magic of your Disney World vacation! [Read more…]
Now HERE’S one for your social media… if you are in Magic Kingdom TODAY (December 30th) or TOMORROW (December 31st), you can have your picture taken in front of Cinderella’s carriage!
@DisneyPhotopass on Twitter notes that you will find the carriage in Fantasyland near Prince Charming Regal Carrousel. [Read more…]

Remember the special Remy Magic Shot available at Epcot for the 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival for Disney World guests utilizing the Disney PhotoPass Service? Well, Magic Shots are actually available at every park for PhotoPass users, and there is a shot currently available at Magic Kingdom that is near and dear to our hearts. You can have your picture “taken” with a GIANT DOLE WHIP!
So, how do you get a Magic Shot made? Well, for the Dole Whip pic, inform PhotoPass Photographers in Adventureland that you would like to pose with the Giant Dole Whip, where Aloha Isle is home to Dole Whip in Magic Kingdom.
