The Swan and Dolphin, or “Swolphin” if you will

Rosa Mexicano is the newest table service restaurant at Disney World. It’s located at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and it opened on March 19, 2023. This is actually a chain restaurant, and the new spot is the first location in the Orlando area (there are other locations in New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and a few other states). Opening DATE Announced for NEW Disney World Restaurant

In 2023, there are a lot of Disney World restaurants opening — specifically in the EPCOT Resorts area.

So Pretty!

We have already seen Carousel Coffee open at the Disney’s BoardWalk Resort earlier this year. We are still looking forward to The Cake Bake Shop opening this summer. The Dolphin Hotel is also getting a new restaurant, Rosa Mexicano. We now have an official opening date for it.

If you’ve spent a lot of time in Downtown Disney or Disney Springs (the huge shopping and dining districts in Disneyland and Disney World, respectively) you’ve probably been to the Earl of Sandwich restaurant.
