…yep, we’re talking about Gideon’s Bakehouse! This spot in Disney Springs has different seasonal cookies each month, and any time there’s a new one, we make it a point to stop by and try it out. It’s an incredibly popular spot, and the line to get in can be a multi-hour wait on the busiest days. But is that line worth the trouble for the NEW February cookie? Let’s find out!

We’ve already tried the Shamrock Cone at Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs, but today we’re reviewing another green snack, and we headed to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort to get it.
