We’ve been celebrating Halloween in Disney World for a while now, but there are even MORE spooky new things happening!

There are a ton of new eats and treats at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that we’ve already tried, but we also found out about a bunch of NEW things coming to other spots in Disney World for the month of October. So, come along with us to try out a Haunted Mansion cake over at a Disney World hotel!

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
We’re in the parks every single day keeping up with it all — but no two days are alike! We decided to take a break from the parks recently (okay, not really) and head to the hotels to check out what was going on. So, let’s see what’s new at the Disney World Resort hotels!
Here at DFB, we’ve tried a whole host of interesting eats and drinks.
Fuzzy Tauntaun
We’re talking cocktails that make your tongue go numb, poop candy (yes — poop candy), and even macaroni and cheese with gummy worms in it. And, to celebrate the end of summer, Pepsi has come up with some unique flavors so we can take in those last sips of summer!
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, Disney World ain’t cheap.
EPCOT
You have to buy your park tickets, book a hotel if the trip calls for it, not to mention plan for eating all those delicious Disney snacks and treats while you’re there. It adds up quickly — and when price increases hit the parks, it can make you rethink your Disney World budget. These price increases may seem small, but they’ve made a BIG difference to our Disney World budgets!
It’s Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, and Disney is celebrating in a big way…with FOOD!

Disney World got a bunch of new treats in honor of the occasion that are spread across the parks and the resorts. We’ve already tried out a few different ones, but now, we’re heading to Art of Animation Resort to get a returning snack!

And we happen to LOVE trying them all — so it’s a win-win for everyone. Right now, the Disney parks are celebrating Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month and that means NEW foods for us to try. One Disney Springs spot is serving up a dish that truly has it all — and we’re bringing you with us to check it out!

Between the 50th Anniversary exclusives, the snacks for Halloween, and the special food offerings for Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, there are so many new things to try! And now, we’re heading to Animal Kingdom to taste one of those new menu additions.

But, one of our favorite spots to indulge happens to be in Disney Springs. That’s right — we’re talking about Gideon’s Bakehouse. And, to celebrate Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, Gideon’s is serving up some NEW sweet treats!
Is there anything better than trying new food at Disney World? We don’t think so!
Pinocchio Village Haus Restaurant
We’ve tried all sorts of new items like the Jack Skellington Bubble Waffle in Disney Springs, a Hocus Pocus Dole Whip flight, and even a boozy pumpkin ice cream float. Now, with the recent release of the live-action Pinocchio on Disney+, there’s a new slushy at The Pinocchio Village Haus Restaurant in Magic Kingdom! Let’s give it a try.

Splitsville Luxury Lanes
Splitsville Luxury Lanes in Disney Springs seems to be. Not only can you work on your bowling skills at this spot, but they’ve also got a whole menu of delicious eats and drinks and plenty of TVs for you to catch the game. Recently they announced that they added multiple new items to their menu, and now, a previously popular menu item is back too — just in time for the next game day!
