We recently had the pleasure of dining atcelebrity chef Rick Bayless’ Frontera Cocina to check out their new menu items. Chef Bayless is known for his authentic Mexican cooking — you won’t find chimichangas or Tex-Mex in his restaurants! But don’t worry, you’ll find big flavors, amazing cocktails, and a gorgeous atmosphere. Hungry yet? Let’s get to eating, shall we?
That’s right friends, we headed back to Planet Hollywood Observatory for a night of dinner, drinks, and random movie memorabilia!

We recently stopped by for a bit of (last minute) holiday shopping, and found ourselves in need of dinner. We love SO many options at Disney Springs — from fried chicken at Homecomin’Â to the most delicious ribs at Morimoto Asia, it’s a foodie’s paradise!
But this day called for a little of this and a little of that, and we knew the perfect place to go. It was time to visit one of our favorite spots — Wine Bar George!

Hello again from Jaleo in Disney Springs!! We have found ourselves back for more tapas, paella, and sangria! They’re just so good we couldn’t resist.
Jaleo is a Spanish restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and cooking style. It’s brought to us by James Beard Award-Winning Chef José Andrés, and this is the fifth Jaleo location in the country. It’s also the largest!

Like I said, we enjoyed Jaleo on opening night, but with such a large menu, we were excited to finally go back and try new items!
Located on the West Side of Disney Springs, Pepe by Chef Jos Andres, is the perfect spot to try food from a Michelin rated chef with the added bonus of convenience and affordability.

This counter service location is the younger sibling to his full-service restaurant next door, Jaleo. And now, they have expanded their menu with new offerings!
Something seriously SWEET rolled into Disney Springs earlier this year — the Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Truck!

Located near the other food trucks in Disney Springs West Side, this spot has satisfied our sweet tooth-cravings with such creative bites as the Halloween Cookie Dough Taco and the Celebration Parfait!

Between their heavenly burrata and yummy seasonal offerings (hello there DOLE WHIP Frozcato!), they continue to deliver delicious options that keep us coming back again and again.
