We now have a date on when we can expect the Haunted Mansion holiday overlay to return to the Haunted Mansion ride later this year, and we’re anxiously counting down the opening day to San Fransokyo Square’s opening. Soon, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is returning (July 27th, to be exact!), and there are TONS of new menu items coming to EPCOT this year. With all the fun activities, like a scavenger hunt, a live outdoor concert series, and a cheese crawl, there’s plenty to do during the festival.

Words Cannot Express How Much I Love Disney’s New Treat — And I’m a Writer.

There are two kinds of people in this world: the kind that sees a spider and shouts, “EW KILL IT!” and the kind that says, “LET HIM LIVE. HE ISN’T HURTING ANYONE!” Honestly, our relationship with bugs is kind of complicated, but there are some bugs we simply love. Take the characters from A Bug’s Life, for example. Last time we met Gypsy, she was just about the sweetest (and prettiest) moth we’ve ever met!

While we have a soft spot for all Disney bugs (except Hopper!), there’s one beautiful friend we especially adore. And now, Disney is giving one of our favorite characters its own DESSERT! And, who am I to stop you? But, if you are looking for a fine-dining experience during your vacation, Disney World actually has some great options! Fans of seafood (hi, it’s me) would be remiss if they didn’t consider venturing to Disney’s BoardWalk for a meal at Flying Fish. Not only is the BoardWalk a fun experience on its own, but this restaurant is also a worthwhile stop on your trip for its beauty and delicious food. Recently, they added some new items to the menu, so I stopped by for a late dinner to check it out.
