Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Disney World is a fan-favorite ticketed event in Magic Kingdom where you’ll join Mickey and his friends in celebrating the jolliest time of the year. Tickets for this holiday party went on sale back in July, but if you’re hoping to snag tickets of your own soon, we have a bit of a warning.Â

This week, Disney announced that Genie+ is changing again, new characters are coming to Magic Kingdom this fall, a big hotel perk is back, and exclusive fireworks are coming to EPCOT soon.
We’re halfway to the holidays, and Disney already has us looking forward to the 12 Days of Christmas.Â

Disney is announcing all sorts of holiday-related news now that we are officially halfway to the winter holiday season. Disney has released limited-time treats in the parks, announced returning holiday ride overlays, and teased even more news regarding the holiday parties that take place in the parks. In the meantime, we’re thinking about the new 12Ks of Christmas….
It’s been a wild time for annual passes lately.

Yesterday, April 20th, all Disney World Annual Passes went back on sale and it was…well, a bit of a mess. For over a year, three out of the four pass types were unavailable for new purchases, so tons of people were looking to get their hands on one yesterday. The website struggled to handle all of the demand, and some people had to wait HOURS in the online queue before they could buy a pass. Eventually, Disney paused the process overnight — but sales resumed this morning. And we were shocked to see the changes.
Today is Thursday, April 20th…a very important date in the realm of Disney World fanatics.

Why is that? Well, today is the day that Disney World annual passes are back on sale! Sales had previously been paused for three of the four passes, but now they’re all available online. However, there’s a catch.
It’s officially the end of March, which means Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration is ending.

After 18 months, the celebration will end on March 31st, 2023, bringing in the new Disney100 Celebration to EPCOT. We’ve already seen some snack and merchandise changes, and we’ve noticed a BIG change on the shopDisney website.
