Animal Kingdom
The potential power outages closed down a LOT of rides this week, but it didn’t seem to mess with the wait times too much! We did see the reopening of the Single Rider Line on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run this week but as of writing, the Single Rider line is still closed for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, Expedition Everest, and Test Track.
Remember, there are NOT any Fast Passes in Disney right now, and we have no word on when they’ll be coming back. So, everyyyyone has to wait in the standby line. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the average wait times for all of the rides in Disney World this week!

We’re constantly on the My Disney Experience app to check the stand-by wait times for rides (we need to know the SECOND Splash Mountain drops under 30 minutes!), especially because there still aren’t any Fast Passes in Disney World! There are attractions that almost always have really long waits, like Flight of Passage and Slinky Dog Dash, and those that you can usually walk on, like the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. Disney World has been at capacity for several days now, and in some parks you can really tell based on the wait times. Despite being very busy, some of the less popular attractions saw a decrease in wait times. Today, we’re taking a look at the average wait times in ALL four Disney World theme parks!
Walt Disney World reopened in 2020 with some major adjustments due to additional health and safety needs. We’ve slowly seen hotels and restaurants reopen and ticket options come back but one of the missing perks that we have yet to hear an update on is a possible return of FastPass+.
Pandora is just so breathtaking! Good thing the lines for rides keep you there for hours 😉
Even with a reduced Disney Parks capacity, it can still be a challenge to ride some of the most popular rides. FastPass+ was a major perk for park guests in tackling some of these big-name attractions. Just to name a few there’s Flight of Passage, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Slinky Dog Dash, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Test Track, and Rise of the Resistance (though that’s a whole other ballgame we’ll get to in a bit!). If crowds are close to capacity, you can be stuck having to wait 60+ minutes in the socially distanced line with no option to skip the line. But, we’re here to tell you that it definitely is possible to ride ALL of these without a FastPass+. So, before you panic, just hear us out.

Wait times were low for a while, but last week we saw that crowds are certainly returning to Disney World. This week, times have remained pretty high, and with Spring Break around the corner, we don’t expect them to go down anytime soon.
