We’ve already seen snacks arrive for Women’s History Month and the Easter holiday, but March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day and you know what that means…time for some very GREEN snacks! Disney has revealed a full list of the special treats coming for this holiday, so let’s go through all the details you need to know right now.
Who doesn’t love a Disney After Hours event?
Princess Nite 2023
March is Women’s History Month and there’s a NEW Disneyland After Hours Event, Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite, celebrating adventurous heroines and our favorite Disney Princesses! There was special merchandise, photo ops, and of course — themed food and drinks!
Picture this: you’ve spent a long, hot day in Magic Kingdom. You’ve ridden every ride on your list, met all your favorite characters, and even had a shopping spree at the Emporium. You’re tired (the good, Disney tired), yet fulfilled from a magical day. There’s only one thing that could make it better…
Having an amazing Disney day!
… a DOLE Whip! This fan-favorite Disney treat is popular for a reason, with its refreshing tropical flavor and a vast range of options for how you’d like it prepared. If you’re in Adventureland, you can get the classic Pineapple DOLE Whip or Pineapple DOLE Whip Swirl from Aloha Isle, OR you can experiment with fun flavors like strawberry, orange, and mango at Sunshine Tree Terrace! Of course, you can find them in other places throughout Disney World, but the Adventureland locations are considered the OGs. 😉 We have a secret though… your next DOLE whip might be much closer to you than you think.

Princess Nite 2023
That’s right, Disneyland brought back Princess Nite as one of the Disneyland After Dark events for 2023, and it did not disappoint! From beloved Disney Princess meet-and-greets, to royal cavalcades and spectaculars, to specially-themed snacks, we had a BLAST!
One Disney collector’s item that we’ve seen grow increasingly popular is the refillable popcorn bucket!
They really do make GREAT accessories!
These themed buckets can be purchased in the parks at several popcorn stands. While many people use them for — you guessed it — popcorn, we’ve seen many others use them as decor, piggy banks, and even bags, since they usually come with long straps. We found a NEW Disney100 popcorn bucket that is fit for a princess!
We went to Disneyland’s FIRST-EVER Princess Nite, which is a separately ticketed after-hours event. And we’re taking you along with us to experience it!

A NEW event has officially started in Disneyland and it comes with some unique treats!

Disneyland hosts several After Hours events throughout the year, and this year they’ve started to offer a NEW event — Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite. During the Princess After Hours event, you’ll find a number of party-EXCLUSIVE snacks, from a cotton candy cream cheese pretzel to an escargot flatbread(!). We checked out two of these and now we’re sharing our honest thoughts with you.
