The Lunar New Year event at Disneyland is a multicultural celebration for the Year of the Dog — and it’s in full swing! The 2018 Lunar New Year events include three tasty food booths, plus the return of a nighttime water show called Hurry Home, the Lucky Wishing Wall (add your own wish!), and Mulan’s Lunar New Year Processional.

NEWS: Ballast Point Brewing Coming to Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District
Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District is getting its first on-site brewery later this year with the opening of Ballast Point.
Based in San Diego, Ballast Point is one of the leading craft breweries in the country; and the Downtown Disney location will house a three-barrel “research and development” brewery in addition to a New American restaurant and outdoor beer garden. [Read more…]
News: Splitsville Opens January 29 in Disneyland!
It’s almost time for Disneylanders to Let the Good Times Roll in the Downtown Disney District when Splitsville Luxury Lanes opens on January 29th!
Similar to the Splitsville in Disney Springs, the bowling and dining spot will serve classic bowling alley eats alongside not-your-typical bowling fare. So while you’ll find things like good ol’ burgers and fries and Macho Nachos on the menu…
News: Menus Announced for Lunar New Year in Disney California Adventure
The Lunar New Year celebration kicks off later this month in Disney California Adventure! From January 26th through February 18th, Disneyland Resort guests can enjoy specialty food offerings at Paradise Garden Grill, as well as at three themed Marketplaces located on the north side of Paradise Pier.

News! Mickey’s Fun Wheel from Cove Bar Now Available at Alfresco Tasting Terrace!
When DCA’s Cove Bar closed on January 8 as part of Paradise Pier’s transition to Pixar Pier, fans of the bar’s innovative (and beautiful) drinks (including the fun secret menu!) lamented the loss of this popular spot. What would become of their technicolor concoctions?
Well, now we know that at least one of Cove Bar’s fan favorites has found a new home! The Fun Wheel is now available at Alfresco Tasting Terrace!

Where to Find Disney Dole Whip Without A Park Ticket!
You know it! You love it! You have to have it! It’s Dole Whip (affectionately called Pineapple Soft Serve a lot of the time), and it’s been a staple of Walt Disney World for years. Of course you know where you can find it in Adventureland at Aloha Isle (Disney World) and the Tiki Juice Bar (Disneyland) in the shadows of the Tiki Room (you can even bring your sweet treat inside to eat during the show!).
