One of the highlights of becoming a Disney World expert is when you can recount the park and hotel histories, and closures, and even impress your friends with abandoned places hiding in plain sight. There’s one particular abandoned Disney World hotel restaurant that’s patiently waiting its turn, yet no one seems to know what to do with it!
Everyone’s going to have an opinion on what we’re about to say, but we’re here to tell you we’re still super sad that one of our favorite character dining meals still isn’t offered.

It was just announced that a new restaurant and bakery is coming to the iconic BoardWalk, and the BoardWalk Bakery will be turning into a sandwich shop!
