Are you prepared for the changes coming to Disney World?
There are so many things coming by the end of this year and into the new one — things like returning fireworks shows, park transformations, and hotel makeovers just to name a few. There are also some big things that Disney World is doing for the FIRST time in 2024 — here’s our full list!
How do you prefer to get to Magic Kingdom? The Monorail? Ferryboat? Bus?
Magic Kingdom
Did you know there’s actually ANOTHER way? Typically, you could get from the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) to Magic Kingdom via a walking trail that takes you through Disney’s Monorail resorts. It’s a bit of a long walk, but it can be a much more peaceful way to get to and from the park than squeezing into a packed Monorail — if you don’t mind spending the extra time on your feet, that is. But unfortunately, that trail had a surprise closure recently that you might want to know about!
When it comes to tiki drinks and fun snacks, there’s one fan-favorite place to visit at Disney World.
Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto in Disney World
Yep, it’s Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto! This fun little tiki bar at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is home to a menu filled with fun cocktails and small bites. There’s only one problem. Seemingly EVERYONE loves this drink spot — and it’s usually crowded. Like, the kind of crowded that you have to join a long wait list to have a chance at getting in. Well, we have a tip for you if you’d like to enjoy an empty and serene Trader Sam’s.Â
