What’s a dome cake you ask? Exactly what it sounds like — a small, dome-shaped cake, usually themed after a Disney character or park icon. We’ve seen dome cakes dedicated to Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, Donald Duck, Goofy, and even Mr. Toad. But now, there’s a new dome cake in Disney World — so come with us as we try it out!

Today, we honor one of our favorite aliens, Experiment 626 — Stitch! June 26th (get it…626) marks the special “holiday” where we get to celebrate the little guy. We’ve seen fun items like kitchen accessories, plushes, and bags! A special treat also returned to Disney World for the occasion, but…it looks different this year.

We’ve tried it all — from Pineapple Lumpia at Pongu Pongu in Disney’s Animal Kingdom to the Wookie Cookie from Backlot Express in Hollywood Studios. On a recent trip to Magic Kingdom, though, we stumbled upon a dessert we hadn’t seen on the menu before — so we decided to try it out!

We’ve been hunting down Halloween treats in Disney World lately, and we’ve found some pretty delicious ones!
The parks are full of Halloween decor!
So far, we’ve tried Haunted Mansion Chocolate Eclairs, a Halloween Milkshake that tastes like candy corn, and more! But the treats are still coming. We found a NEW themed dome cake at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort today and it features an obscure Disney character.
