Today, our food of choice comes from Earl of Sandwich. We don’t talk about this spot much (this little restaurant has some stiff competition in Disney Springs), but it’s known for having quality sandwiches and savory snacks.

One of our favorite places to snag all the latest and greatest eats is at Disney Springs, and we especially love that you don’t need a park ticket to get there. Two Disney Springs spots recently announced new menu items and our mouths are already watering.
You know that your friends here at DFB love to indulge in the delicious food at Disneyland. And while visiting Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, we always save time to explore the Downtown Disney District. With fantastic restaurants and fun gift shops to explore, we recommend enjoying at least one (or more!) of your meals here.

But with so many restaurants, which Downtown Disney locations are actually the best? Well, we’ve eaten at ALL of them, so we can help you decide where to dine on vacation!
DFB is all about the FOOD at Walt Disney World. ALL kinds of Disney food. And that means making sure that families with special dietary concerns (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.) have the information they need to create safe and delicious meal plans for their vacation.
Have you wondered about vegan dining in Walt Disney World? We’re happy to share — vegans CAN eat well at Disney Springs, especially with a little advanced planning.
Look for vegan menu items!
For starters, in October 2019, Disney announced that every major table- and counter-service restaurant in both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort would offer plant-based options! You will find menus with plant-based options that are available throughout Walt Disney World, these items “are made with no animal meat, dairy, eggs or honey. They are made with ingredients that come from plants, including grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and legumes.”
If you’ve spent a lot of time in Downtown Disney or Disney Springs (the huge shopping and dining districts in Disneyland and Disney World, respectively) you’ve probably been to the Earl of Sandwich restaurant.
