When Disney World first announced that a Figment Popcorn Bucket was coming to the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, we knew it would be popular. However, we don’t think we knew the half of it!

Because that popcorn bucket debuted yesterday with the festival, and guests were standing in a LONG line waiting HOURS to get their hands on a little Figgy of their own. HOURS, folks. And that doesn’t even count the people who were just in line trying to get a grilled cheese (seriously, why did Disney decide to put the popcorn bucket at a food booth?).

The 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is HERE and we’ve been making our way around the food booths and more to give you all kinds of updates.

We’ve already checked out the MULTI-HOUR wait for the new Figment popcorn bucket, shared a look at the merchandise, and even started our scavenger hunt for pieces of art featuring the one and only Figment. But now we want to turn our focus to a specific food challenge you can complete at the festival — it’s called the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine! But is this food challenge worth it? Here are our thoughts.

This year’s festival runs January 14th through February 21st and celebrates culinary, visual, and performing arts. We’re allllll about those culinary arts, so we got our SNACK on at 15 FOOD BOOTHS (including three new-to-the-festival booths!).

These colors are everything!

The festival is set to run from today all the way through February 21st, 2022 and we’re exploring all of the new (and returning) eats and drinks that celebrate the arts! So far we’ve brought you a look at all the tasty bites from a bunch of different booths. We LOVE when Disney thinks outside of the box, and that’s exactly what happens during the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! When Figment is the ambassador of the festival, you know that there’s going to be tons of creativity and color. But there’s one booth in particular that FULLY embraces the fun and whimsy that Figment encourages, and it’s called The Deconstructed Dish.

This DFB-favorite food booth was originally introduced back in 2018, and it’s consistently remained a fan-favorite every year since then! The Deconstructed Dish takes delicious foods we know and love and, well, deconstructs them!
