Disney World will likely be hit by severe weather today, and we have all the details you need to know.
Alright, you have the best Disney World vacation planned and now you are figuring out what to pack! You can’t wait to show off your brand-new ears on Main Street, U.S.A.!
But then you took a look at the prices for bringing a checked bag. And then you see the prices for an overhead bin item on budget airlines! Those numbers aren’t looking very good.
Finding a great nonstop flight at a low price gives you such a sense of accomplishment that there’s almost nothing quite like it.
Those can be hard to find though, depending on where you live. Larger airlines often travel to more airports than smaller airlines, but often their prices are also much higher. So when smaller, budget airlines expand their service, it means their more affordable flights become available to more people. Which is why we’re thrilled that Frontier Airlines has just announced their expanding their service across 12 airports!
A lot goes into planning a trip to Disney World.
First, you need to decide on a budget. Then you need to figure out how many days you want to go to the parks. Then you have to figure out where to stay. You also need to decide on how to get there, and for many of us, that answer is by flying. Well, if you’re at that stage of your Disney World planning, we’ve got some airfare deals to share with you!
Are you hopping on a plane and heading to Disney World or some other exciting destination soon?
As we all know, flying comes with some challenges like how many carry-on bags and personal items can you bring? Are snacks included? What is the cancellation policy? And if you’re flying Southwest soon, we thought we’d let you know about some things you’re going to need to bring with you!
We travel a lot in this line of work — it sort of comes with the territory.
And, because we travel often, we’ve had our fair share of less-than-stellar travel stories. Getting stuck in traffic, being forced to wait in an hours-long security line at TSA, missing our flights altogether — you name it, and it’s probably happened to someone on our team. And, the worst came true for one DFB team member when her flight had to do an emergency landing!
Are you starting to plan for your 2025 trip to Disney World?
It’s never too early to start working on your plan — especially when you think about how we live in a world where flight cancellations can throw a wrench into even the most meticulously curated travel itineraries. So as we think about those 2025 plans, let’s take a look at recent data to see which airlines are better than the rest when it comes to keeping flights on schedule and minimizing cancellations.
One of the biggest travel decisions you’ll have to make when planning your next vacation is how you’re going to get to your destination. Will you drive? Fly? Take a Doom Buggy? (We wish that last option were more practical.)
If you do choose to fly, that opens up an entirely new question — which airline will you choose? To help with that dilemma, we’ve found a ranking of the BEST and WORST airlines in the United States, ranked by the delays, cancelations and on-time arrivals. [Read more…]

Flying is already more stressful than 50% of things on Planet Earth on many occasions.
You’re juggling making sure traffic will get you to the airport hours ahead of takeoff, making sure you didn’t accidentally pack some prohibited weapon or substance in your bag without knowing (just me? Okay then, moving on), ensuring you make it to your gate in plenty of time with all your people and bags intact, among 14 million other things. On top of that, some airlines have different rules or function differently than others, and you may be caught off guard. If you’re flying with Southwest soon, here are some rules you need to know before you get to the airport.
