And we are always on the lookout for holiday treats! While visiting a couple of Disney World Resort hotels the other day, we picked up four seasonal items and gave them a try!
What’s the best part about Christmas and the holiday season at Disney World?

Arguments can be made for the decorations or the entertainment, or even Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Some others might even say the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. But one really strong contender? The gingerbread displays at Disney World’s Deluxe Resorts!
And just like that, 2021 has come to a close!

Perhaps for the first time all year, we don’t have a single entry this month from a theme park on either our best or worst list. Every item we’re covering today came from outside of the parks, and the majority (with the exception of one) came from the resorts!

Disney World’s theme parks aren’t the only places to go for holiday treats! While we enjoyed some returning sweets today like the deliciously spiced Menagerie Cupcake at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we also checked out the resort hotels to see what festive snacks they had this season!

Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, we found a pair of treats at The Mara that may be worth going out of your way to try (while you’re there, check out their gorgeous tree in the lobby and say hi to some of their animals!).
