It’s officially the holiday season around Disney World!
Christmas has arrived at Disney World!
We’ve seen Christmas decorations pop up in the parks and caught our first glimpse of Magic Kingdom decked out for the festivities, too. But, if you can’t make it to Disney World this holiday season, we’ve still got some holly jolly news for you — FreeForm has released its 25 Days of Christmas schedule and we’re sharing all the details!
If you’re hoping to visit EPCOT for the International Festival of the Holidays this year, we’ve received quite a few updates recently about the festival!
The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays!
We’ve got a list of food booths (we’ll be visiting ALL of them!), a list of entertainment options (including the holiday storytellers!), and the list of celebrities who will be narrating the Candlelight Processional. When the celebrity names were first announced, there were two spots that were left as “TBA,” but now those slots have been filled!
The holiday season will be here before we know it — are you ready?!
Festival of the Holidays
Christmas is officially less than 100 days away and over in Disney World, Cast Members are busy preparing for all that entails. Disney just announced all the Holiday Kitchen Food Booths that are coming to the 2022 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays — and now we know what entertainment we can expect at this year’s festival too!
It may still be fall, but we’re already thinking about the holiday season in the Disney parks!

Over in Disney World, we can expect Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays to bring us all sorts of exclusive entertainment and fun. The festival takes place from November 26th to December 30th this year and celebrates different holiday traditions from around the world. You can enjoy things like the holiday kitchens, special entertainment, and the famous Candlelight Processional. And now, we know some of the entertainment coming for this year’s festival!
Even though we’ve still got Halloween and the 50th Anniversary ahead of us, we’re already thinking about the holiday season at Disney World!

Christmas at Magic Kingdom
Today, Disney announced that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party would be replaced with a new after hours event called Disney Very Merriest After Hours, the ICONIC gingerbread houses are returning to Disney World Resorts, tons of entertainment is coming back to the parks, and holiday ride overlays are returning — just to name a few. But with all of these announcements, we still have a few questions about what the holidays will look like in Disney World, especially regarding fireworks in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
