Now that Halloween has officially come and gone…it’s the most wonderful time of the year!
Now that we’re seeing the holiday decorations go up all around Disney World, I think we’re all stoked to experience the holiday season at Disney World! Basically we’re just counting down the days until the beginning of holiday festivities like the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays! Speaking of the party, as much as I adore it, there’s a massive problem that nobody seems to be talking about, and it’s seriously putting a damper on an otherwise magical experience.

…we’re pretty darn excited to welcome the holiday season at Disney World! We’ve already seen holiday decorations pop up at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios, and we’re counting down the days until the beginning of holiday festivities like the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays! Speaking of which, Disney just announced some pretty big news about this year’s festival!
It’s October, and despite our excitement for Halloween, we have to admit that we’re counting down the days until we can officially start decorating and celebrating the holiday season.
It’s never too early to prep for the holidays, as they often require some extra budgeting, planning, and coordinating so that everyone can take in the sights of all the curated decor, unwrap the gifts that were on their wishlists on Christmas morning, and indulge in the BEST flavors of the season. Disney World is already prepping for the holidays, and the company has even announced some of the ways we can celebrate in the parks this winter. Today, we’re talking FOOD, and we’re headed to EPCOT!
The 2023 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is coming up soon, and Disney just dropped a ton of news about what we can expect!
New celebrity narrators will be participating in the Candlelight Processional, the Holiday Cookie Stroll is returning, and we know what Holiday Kitchens are coming. But, one of the most iconic parts of this festival is all the entertainment, and now we know just what we’ll get to see this year!
Get ready to deck the halls, because the holiday season is right around the corner!

The 2022 Festival includes more than 15 Holiday Kitchens throughout EPCOT, each serving unique holiday eats from around the world. The Festival of the Holidays brings all kinds of holiday goodies and entertainment to EPCOT but one of our favorite activities is the Cookie Stroll, which tasks guests with eating a number of cookies in order to earn a prize. Let’s take a look at this year’s cookies!

We’ve been preparing for this day by reading the menus, creating a DFB printable for the booths that you can download for FREE, and sharing our best tips for EPCOT festivals. It’s already been a great day of eating food at EPCOT’s most festive festival and we’re continuing with the Yukon Holiday Kitchen!
