The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is here, and we just want to eat all the eats and drink all the drinks! And maybe say hi to Santa in the process, too!
And we are SO excited to visit Joffrey’s and try out some of their seasonal treats!

Here at DFB, we love a good cupcake!
We’ve tasted A LOT of cupcakes over the years, and we like to think of ourselves as experts in the Disney cupcake world. Just recently, we’ve reviewed the Menagerie Cupcake, the Twice Upon a Christmas Cupcake, the Olaf’s Snow Flurry cupcake, AND the Simba cupcake. That’s a lot of cupcakes! But now, another holiday cupcake has returned to Walt Disney World, and you know we had to try it!
Disney World’s resorts have been prepped and are ready for the holidays!
We hopped on Disney World’s monorail (and even took a walk) to check out what’s new at the Contemporary Resort, the Polynesian Village Resort, and the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!
Disney is really great at making beautiful things out of gingerbread!
In years past, they’ve made gigantic gingerbread houses for display at the resorts, and while that isn’t happening this year, they’ve made several smaller creations for us to admire! We spotted a gingerbread and chocolate sculpture at the Grand Floridian, a gingerbread model of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and now, we’ve spotted a very cute gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort!
Lots of Disney resorts are decorated for the holidays with wreaths and garland galore!
Luckily when there are holiday decorations, holiday treats aren’t far behind! Today we visited Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to see what special snacks they were offering for the holiday season.
There’s just something about holiday snacks and flavors that just make us feel all warm and cozy inside!
And Disney World has given us a great variety of holiday flavors, too, with such wonderful concoctions like chocolate peppermint bark, frozen salted caramel hot chocolate, and eggnog fudge. YUM!!!
We love enjoying all the flavors of the holiday season!
And we’ve eaten so many amazing holiday snacks lately, including a poinsettia cake, the super-chocolatey Yuletide Wishes, a holiday yule log, and the Fa La La Funnel Cake. The holidays have definitely arrived in Disney World!
Ready for some holiday fun at Disney Springs?
The Christmas tree stroll is up, Santa’s driving by in his boat(!), and there’s lots of holiday merchandise available. We’ve even tried some festive treats from here already, but now we’ve got a FULL list of all the holiday eats that will be available at Disney Springs (and there’s a LOT)!
It’s no secret that we here at DFB LOVE the Christmas snacks!
In fact, we’ve tried A LOT of them in the past few days, and we’re still on board to try even more! On a visit to Magic Kingdom today, we stopped by Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe to try the new mini Christmas Churros [Read more…]
We’ve already tried SO many holiday snacks, so we might as well add just one more to the list!
Yesterday, we reported that the Fa La La La Funnel Cake arrived at Sleepy Hollow in Disney’s Magic Kingdom. This location is known for serving up all the delicious battered goodies: funnel cakes, waffles, and corn dogs! Today we stopped by to try out this holiday spin on one of their classic treats.
